Qualifications

• Experience: RN with 1-2 years OPWDD or mental health experience.
• Specialized training in direct care provision preferred.
• Must complete and obtain certification in OPWDD Approved Medication Administration Course during probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and supervises medical care for individuals in support.
• Provides case management services in collaboration with clinical staff.
