Birch Family Services in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and supervise medical care for individuals in residential programs. You will promote health and safety, manage case work, and ensure tests and appointments are completed.

The role supports OPWDD-compliant care with a focus on coordinated nursing services, staff training, and ongoing health monitoring across multiple locations in NYC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing (ASN or BSN) required.
• NY State RN License in good standing.
• 1–2 years clinical experience, preferably in an OPWDD or mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise nursing services to meet health care needs.
• Coordinate with physicians to address medical needs and follow through on care.
• Develop and review a Nursing Care Plan for each individual.
