Qualifications

Sufficient computer skills to operate email and electronic health records.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and supervise medical care for individuals.
Ensure all medical appointments and tests are completed as required.
Collaborate with clinical staff to promote health and safety.
Conduct delegated nursing training for program staff.
