Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services seeks Registered Nurses for a position in El Paso, Texas. You'll provide 24/7 care in a multidisciplinary setting, performing examinations, care coordination and emergency response. Active RN license and BLS are required.

The role requires at least one year of RN experience in clinical or detention settings, with strong communication and teamwork across diverse populations. Mission-focused employer with comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

Graduate from ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program (associate, baccalaureate, or graduate).
Must hold active RN license in duty-state or compact state.
At least 1 year of RN experience in hospital/clinic/residential setting; detention/correctional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
Perform sick calls and assessments; refer to providers as needed.
Conduct physical exams using established tools and refer to medical or behavioral health providers.
Supervise LPNs and UAPs as assigned.
Administer medications via multiple routes as ordered.
Conduct prescreening/intake and refer abnormal findings.
Perform wound care, vital signs, ECGs and other treatments as ordered.
Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients; transfer as needed.
