Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or nursing diploma.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate and respond to patient data.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain thorough, confidential patient records and document status, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Promote patient safety, advocate for patients, and educate patients and families.
