Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; able to read, write and speak English.
• At least one year of professional nursing experience.
• Maintain RN license and comply with relevant policies.
• Ability to assess, evaluate and develop plans of care.
• Complete required background checks and health screenings as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain healthcare records according to current policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor residents unable to self-pour.
• Maintain incident log and provide feedback to direct care staff.
• Perform nursing assessments and rounds to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Supervise frontline staff; participate in training and care planning.
