Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time RN for 6:30pm–6:30am (Mon, Wed, Sat) and a Part-Time day shift (Thu, Fri). You will provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, potentially supervising nurse assistants and handling medications and treatments. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in Colorado and CPR certification, with the ability to pass background checks. LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may supervise nurse assistants and perform medication passes and treatments.

Successful Candidates: Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Colorado Current CPR certification Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check Experience in LTC/SNF preferred

Rate Range: $40-$50 $1500 Bonus for Full Time only!! Pay out at 3 months ($250); 6 months ($500) and 12 months $750.
