Lakeside Post Acute is seeking a Full-Time RN for 6:30pm-6:30am shifts (Mon, Wed, Sat) with additional Part-Time options. The role requires a current Colorado RN license and CPR, with duties spanning nursing assessments, medication administration, and possible supervision of nursing assistants.

Impactful Work:

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF preferred

Pay & Bonus:

• Rate Range: $40-$50
• $1500 Bonus for Full Time only!! Pay out at 3 months ($250); 6 months ($500) and 12 months $750.
