Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time RN for a 6:30pm-6:30am shift on Mon, Wed, Sat (and Part-Time 6:30am-6:30pm Thu and Fri). Join a compassionate team dedicated to resident care in Colorado.

You will provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, potentially supervise nurse assistants, perform medication passes and treatments, and contribute to a caring, collaborative environment. Requirements include an active Colorado RN license, CPR certification, ability to pass state

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF preferred.

Pay & Bonus:

• Rate Range: $40-$50
• $1500 Bonus for Full Time only!! Pay out at 3 months ($250); 6 months ($500) and 12 months $750.
