Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute in Colorado is hiring registered nurses for both part-time and full-time roles. We seek compassionate RNs to provide care in our skilled nursing unit, with opportunities to supervise nurse assistants and perform medications and treatments. Current Colorado RN license and CPR certification are required. Background checks (Colorado CAPS) and LTC/SNF experience are a plus; positions offer 6:30am–6:30pm shifts
