Job summary

Butler Hospital in Providence, RI is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in an inpatient psychiatric unit, guided by ANA Standards of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and the RI Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include participating in treatment planning, coordinating medical and nursing care and discharge planning, responding to psychiatric or medical emergencies, collaborating with the care team, administering medications, and serving as Charge Nurse on assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current RI nursing license.
• BSN preferred.
