AristaCare Health Services seeks an RN Supervisor to manage daily nursing activities during the tour of duty and ensure care quality within federal, state, and local standards. The role carries administrative authority for assigned duties and supports the Director of Nursing Services.

The position is full-time with 11-7 shifts and alternate weekends; per diem options are available for other shifts. Location is Plainfield, NJ, with care across residents and rehab services.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in New Jersey is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospital, long-term care, or similar facility.
• At least 12 months of training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.

Job description

AristaCare is seeking for an RN Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Shift: Full Time 11-7 Alternate weekends

Per Diem: 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 (Sat night and Sun night)

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have an active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
