Job summary

Berkshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Babylon, NY seeks an experienced overnight Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care during the 11pm–7am shift, assess condition changes, and coordinate nursing assignments.

Candidates must hold a New York RN license, have BLS certification, and bring clinical skills, reliable documentation, and a willingness to work nights.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New York RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience minimum; LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Ability to coordinate resident unit functions and team nursing assignments.
• Maintain accurate and meaningful documentation of services provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight RN care and supervision.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Coordinate nursing tasks and assignments within the unit.

We are seeking a diligent and skilled overnight RN to join our team in West Babylon.

Qualifications include:

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of New York.
• Mentally and physically capable of performing job duties.
• Possesses assessment skills that enable the recognition of condition changes in the resident.
• Ability to coordinate all functions in the operation of a resident unit through effective team nursing assignments.
• Maintain meaningful and accurate documentation of services provided.
• Nursing: 1 years minimum
• BLS Certification
• Long term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shift: 11pm to 7am
