Timberlyn Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation in Great Barrington, MA is seeking an RN Overnight (11pm–7am, Monday–Friday) to join our compassionate team providing high-quality care in a safe, supportive environment.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, update care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with behavioral health needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathetic care for patients and colleagues
