Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize client care needs based on client history and nursing assessment.
• Perform client triage, assessments, and monitor symptoms and responses to intervention.
• Closely monitor clients during administration of medications; ensure timely schedule adherence.
• Complete nursing documentation timely and accurately; provide shift-to-shift reports and clear communication.
• Develop comprehensive nursing treatment plans endorsing client needs and available resources.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Take direction from supervisor and operate in a shift leadership role within a multi-disciplinary team.
