Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide thoughtful, individualized care to residents based on a personalized Plan of Care. You will monitor residents' conditions and coordinate updates with the appropriate contacts regarding the residents’ health and plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license and prior nursing or medical field experience; familiarity with medical software and equipment; ability to build rapport with patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
