Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee the clinical care of all residents, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role leads nursing staff and partners with leadership to maintain a high standard of resident care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in director roles, an active RN license, and strong communication skills. You will train staff and ensure adherence to state and federal long-term care rules, with a focus on quality and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care.
• Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid.
