Join to apply for the Registered Nurse role at Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions.

We are seeking Registered Nurses to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members.

Our work primarily occurs on weekends, with some weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Texas, on an "as needed" basis.

We provide Health Readiness Services to meet the medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force for the following branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Reviewing health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interviewing service members regarding medical concerns.
• Identifying urgent issues, including behavioral health concerns.
• Documenting interview results for medical readiness classification using our proprietary system.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
• Resilience to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.
