Join to apply for the Registered Nurse role at Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions.

We are seeking Registered Nurses to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members.

Our work primarily occurs on weekends, with some weekday opportunities under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Oregon, on an "as needed" basis.

We provide Health Readiness Services to meet the medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force for the following branches:

U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
Army National Guard (ARNG)
U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
Air National Guard (ANG)
U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
Review health histories, medical records, and questionnaires.
Interview service members to identify current and past medical concerns.
Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
Document interview results for readiness classification using our proprietary system.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
CPR and BLS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
Resilience and ability to handle high-stress situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented attitude and collaboration skills.
