Job summary

Chriswell Health in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Nurse for care planning and clinical oversight. The role guides caregivers, coordinates with families and medical providers, and ensures sound judgment and clear communication.

We offer a weekday schedule across Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties with rotating on-call support. Active NJ RN license and strong clinical judgment are required; home-care experience is preferred.
