Job summary

Blessing Health in Illinois seeks an RN to assess patient health problems and resources, leading the development and evaluation of nursing care plans. You will provide direct nursing care to patients across age groups, from adolescent to geriatric, within a team of nursing professionals. Shifts include day or night rotations, with weekend and holiday coverage.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources and taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a nursing care plan provided by the nursing team. Provides direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including adolescent through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
