7PM-7:30AM; 36 HOURS; WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY ROTATION
PAY RATE: $32. 28 -$53.50
BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $4.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE
This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. This position provides technical nursing care and interventions to Behavior Health patients. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including child through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. This position requires floating to other units to provide patient care for a behavioral health crisis. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
REQUIRED:
Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED:
BSN
Possesses current State RN license.
