Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services to deliver in-home nursing care across Jefferson City, MO, Audrian, Boone and Gasconade County. You will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support patients in their homes.

Requirements include an RN license, nursing degree, and at least 1 year of clinical care experience; hospice or home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• Current State RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience; hospice/home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home RN care to patients in the assigned area.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and care team to plan and deliver services.

What Is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
