Sagora Senior Living in Huntsville, AL is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse to join our team. You will perform assessments, promote residents’ physical and emotional health, and prioritize dignity and independence in our assisted living and memory care communities.

• Current RN license in Alabama.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Patience and courtesy in dealing with residents and families.
• Ability to assist with resident transfers safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments as needed.
• Promote residents' physical and emotional health per plan of care.
• Comply with Assisted Living policies and procedures.
• Provide personal care services reflecting the plan of service for each resident.
• Observe resident conditions and report to the Resident Services Director.
• Evaluate emergencies and determine actions per guidelines.
