Sagora Senior Living in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. Our RNs provide high-quality, safe care by completing assessments, promoting physical and emotional health, and supporting residents’ dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in West Virginia, has 1+ year of relevant experience in assisted living or memory care, and demonstrates strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current license as an RN in the state where employed.
• 1+ year experience as an RN in an assisted living or memory care setting.
• Knowledge of drug actions/interactions and comprehensive assessment skills.
• Patience and courtesy in interactions with residents and families.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safe resident care services.
• Perform assessments as needed.
• Promote resident physical and emotional health by assisting and teaching medical care.
• Comply with Assisted Living Policies and Procedures.
• Provide personal care services reflecting the resident's plan of service.
• Follow Infection Control and Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Observe resident conditions and report findings to the Resident Services Director.
• Evaluate emergencies and determine actions per guidelines.
