Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a devoted Resident Services Director to lead the resident services team at Lynridge of Huntsville. You will supervise caregivers, coordinate staffing, develop care plans, work with physicians and discharge planners, and maintain open communication with residents' families to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LVN) with at least one year of management experience in an assisted living or memory care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LVN) with management experience in an assisted living or memory care setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills; availability for outside normal hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to ensure quality care.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, and ensure effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
