Southwest Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing services to members in an outpatient psychiatric setting. You will engage, assess, triage, administer medications, educate patients, and advocate for physical health while collaborating with a care team.
The role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with at least 1 year in psychiatric/behavioral health or 2 years in acute care. Arizona RN license and CPR/First Aid are required.

Job Summary:
Provides nursing services to members in an outpatient psychiatric setting. Services include engagement, assessment, triage, medication administration, health and medication education, physical healthcare advocacy, and supportive care. Works in a team setting with an assigned caseload. Participates in utilization management and quality improvement activities.
