Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services to deliver patient care across the continuum in Poplar Bluff, Kennett and surrounding counties in Missouri.

This full-time role features no on-call, no weekends, and no holidays, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide 1:1 patient care, coordinate with the Clinical Supervisor, and travel up to 50% to patient homes while upholding compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• Current State RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across the continuum in home settings.
• Coordinate with Clinical Supervisor and healthcare team.
• Deliver the right care at the right time, in the patient's home.

What is Required?
