Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2nd shift to deliver exceptional short-term rehab care.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to promote recovery and well-being for residents.

Responsibilities

• Competitive hourly pay: $37.50 - $42.50/hour based on experience and number of shifts, plus $2/hour shift differential

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:

• Monitoring resident conditions and evaluating outcomes of care
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Building trusting relationships with residents and their families through education, communication, and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participating in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For
