Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community seeks a compassionate Long Term Care Registered Nurse to join our caring team in Wisconsin. You will deliver high quality resident care, assess needs, and implement individualized care plans; medications and treatments are administered as prescribed, with collaborative support from the interdisciplinary team.

The AM shift runs 6:30am–2:45pm for a 32 hour week. We value teamwork, clear communication, and patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Job Overview

As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering high quality patient care and promoting the well being of our residents We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents This position is 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the AM shift 630am 245pm for a total of 32 hours per week
