Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing Program.
• Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide daily nursing care to meet residents’ health, safety, and psychosocial needs.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, respond to changes in status and emergencies, and communicate concerns to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update resident care plans.
• Support wound care, restorative nursing, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing assistants and care team to promote effective communication and quality resident care.
• As RN Supervisor, provide clinical guidance to nursing staff and ensure safe, consistent delivery of care.

We are currently hiring a Part-time RN Medication Nurse / RN Supervisor to join our award-winning team at Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA .

We are seeking an Registered Nurse for our evening shift, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. , working 40 hours per pay period . This unique position offers the opportunity to combine hands‑on clinical nursing with nursing leadership responsibilities. The schedule includes three shifts as an RN Medication Nurse and two shifts as an RN Supervisor (every other weekend).

Earn $39–$41 per hour, plus shift and weekend differentials. When working as an RN Supervisor, you’ll also receive an additional $3 per hour.

What will I do in this role?

As an RN Medication Nurse, you’ll be responsible for providing quality, person‑centered nursing care while administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You’ll also have the opportunity to serve as an RN Supervisor, supporting nursing staff and helping ensure the safe and effective delivery of care.

• When serving as RN Supervisor, provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and help ensure safe, consistent delivery of care.
• Foster a culture of safety and support compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and Morningstar Living policies and procedures.
