Morningstar Living's Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA is hiring a part-time RN Medication Nurse / RN Supervisor for evenings (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). The role blends hands-on nursing with supervisory responsibilities, with 40 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing Program.
• Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide daily nursing care to meet residents’ health, safety, and psychosocial needs.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, respond to changes in status and emergencies, and communicate concerns to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update resident care plans.
• Support wound care, restorative nursing, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing assistants and care team to promote effective communication and quality resident care.
• As RN Supervisor, provide clinical guidance to nursing staff and ensure safe, consistent delivery of care.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with nursing standards and Morningstar Living policies.
