Job summary

Morningstar Living is seeking a Per Diem LPN at Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA. The role offers flexible scheduling and a tiered per diem pay program with base pay and hourly differentials to maximize earnings.

You’ll join a well‑staffed nursing team with weekend shift requirements and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Responsibilities include medication administration, routine nursing care, accurate charting, narcotic counts, and adherence to HIPAA and elder care regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners.
• Must maintain current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record prescribed medications and perform treatments, observing residents for changes in condition.
• Perform nursing duties and responsibilities to meet residents' physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain residents’ records by documenting information and observations.
• Perform narcotic count per facility policy.
• Adhere to HIPAA, elder care laws, and organizational policies.
• Uphold ethical standards and report concerns per the Compliance Program.

• $31.00 /hour base pay
• + $7.00 /hour for every hour worked beyond 16 hours in the Sunday–Saturday workweek (up to $27.00 /hour)
