Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a compassionate RN to join Creekside Care Center. You will deliver direct nursing care, develop and direct care plans, and ensure compliance with policies and privacy rules while coordinating with nursing staff.

Requirements include an active Ohio RN license, an ADN, and 2 years in long-term care preferred. PCC experience and strong computer skills are recommended for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years’ Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Six months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong PCC utilization knowledge preferred.
• Computer literacy (Outlook, Office, Internet) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with nursing practice acts and facility policies.
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and direct the resident’s care plan with physician orders and regulations.
• Follow facility policies and protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide emergency measures including CPR as needed.
