Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare in El Paso, TX is seeking compassionate RNs to join our team on the 2pm-10pm shift. You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies, and you will develop and direct each resident's plan of care. Requirements include current Texas RN license, Associate Degree in Nursing, and prior long-term care experience preferred.

Knowledge of Point Click Care and strong communication skills are a plus. A $3,200 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas required.
• Two years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Six months of rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Professional communication and leadership abilities required.
• Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the nurse practice act and facility policies.
• Plan, develop, implement, and direct the resident's plan of care.
• Develop daily work and unit assignments and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and privacy policies.
• Provide prompt emergency care and CPR when needed.
