• 2 years experience in Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and prudent nursing judgment under the direction of a nurse.
• Perform resident care tasks such as transporting, transferring, bathing, assisting with meals, taking vital signs, and documenting observations.
• Ensure care is delivered timely and with respect for resident dignity and privacy.
