Sevita’s MENTOR Adult Day Health program in Marlborough, MA is seeking an RN to provide compassionate, person‑centered care for adults and seniors in our day program. You will work closely with participants, families, nurses, and the care team to support health and well‑being.

The role emphasizes health monitoring, assessments, medications, and care plan coordination, with a focus on safety, education, and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and provide compassionate patient care.

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
