Job summary

HumanGood's Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Skilled Nursing team. The role targets full-time AM shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a compensation range of $45.00-$55.00 per hour depending on experience.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in California, CPR certification, and prior supervision or ADON/Charge Nurse experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you apply.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current/prior nursing experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute care preferred.
• Current/prior ADON or nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2024" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Current or prior ADON or RN management experience is highly desirable.

** Full-time AM Positions with Benefits ** 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM ** $45.00-$55.00/hr. (DOE)

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm

To be successful in the role, you would have:
