Job summary

Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Lake Wales, FL is seeking compassionate, reliable RNs to join our care team. You will be an essential part of our residents' care, providing hands-on nursing and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers a supportive, team-driven environment, PTO and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match. Florida licensure and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
