Job summary

Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Lake Wales, FL is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our care team. As an LPN, you will oversee daily CNA activities, participate in admissions and transfers, and administer medications per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license for Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with duties.
• Perform other assigned duties by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

LPN Position Summary

As a LPN at Lake Wales Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
