Job summary

Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team in Lake Wales, FL. You will assist residents with daily living activities, coordinate dining services, and report changes to the nursing staff while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Position Summary
