Seven Hills Foundation in Groton, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for regular full-time overnight shifts. You will conduct health assessments, order tests, provide care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents.

Qualifications

• Vocational or Trade School Graduate.
• Standard driver's license - class C or class D.
• Registered Nursing License required (RN)
• MAP certification required
• CPR/First Aid required
• 3 - 5 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify clinical issues.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Provide episodic and preventive care, including treatment and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting specialists.
• Communicate with families and guardians regarding resident care.
• Participate in care planning meetings, health rounds, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
• Stay current with healthcare practices through ongoing education.
