Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric and young adult residents in a long-term care setting in Groton, MA. The role involves overnight care, medication administration, and close coordination with CNAs, physicians, families, and the care team.

The LPN will monitor conditions, support individualized care plans, document accurately, and participate in admissions and care transitions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSet required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Driver's license class C or D required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Support individualized care plans and nursing interventions.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs appropriately.
• Complete accurate documentation and physician orders transcription.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Pay: $40.19-$46.12 (Will consider LPN or RN. RN Salary Range: $44.19-50.19)
• Schedule: Nights, 10:30pm-7:00am; 4 shifts per week, every other weekend and every other holiday
• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical and developmental needs in a long-term care setting. This role supports resident health, safety, and quality of life while working closely with CNAs, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.

What You'll Do
