Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg position near Great Falls, Montana. The role offers 3x12s shifts (day and night), and a competitive hourly pay range with shift differentials for nights and weekends.

A retention bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,000 are included. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification (or must be willing to obtain upon hire).
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and support recovery.
• Provide comprehensive patient care on the Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Pay: $35- $52/hourly

The Registered Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
