Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric medical/surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation.
