Job summary
Ironside Human Resources is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg position near Great Falls, Montana. The role offers 3x12s shifts (day and night), and a competitive hourly pay range with shift differentials for nights and weekends.
A retention bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,000 are included. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to support recovery.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification (or must be willing to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, monitor conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and support recovery.
- Provide comprehensive patient care on the Med/Surg unit.
- Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
