BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role with BAYADA at Inspira, serving Gloucester County, NJ. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities, delivering care in the home setting.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute care, and make real-time clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in MA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, or rehab settings.

Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse at BAYADA at Inspira

BAYADA at Inspira is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time position to join our Senior Living team serving Gloucester County, NJ. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities, helping them safely remain the place they call home. As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you'll have the autonomy to deliver exceptional care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients every day. This team also services senior living communities throughout Cumberland and Salem Counties.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Perform home visits throughout designated senior living communities
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA at Inspira Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$50 -$55 per point
