Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care at Inspira Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time home health visits in the Salem County, NJ area. This role involves providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

As an RN, you will follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, document care on a state-of-the-art tablet, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, for a full-time opportunity performing home health visits for our Salem County office. This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Salem County, NJ.

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $55.00 - $62.00 per point ($85,800 - $96,720 annual earning potential)
