Job summary

Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Nurse for long-term care, full-time night shift from 7pm to 7am in Mobile, Alabama. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, coordinate with healthcare providers, document clinical observations, and support staff with strong assessment and critical thinking skills. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in AL.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure delivery of resident care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
