Proforma Health Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care across diverse settings. You will apply the nursing process, assess patients, and coordinate with physicians to implement care plans.

This role supports full nursing scope, requires an RN license, with at least 1 year of experience and travel nursing exposure; benefits include weekly pay, health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months travel nursing experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
